1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes the personal information that WOOK may collect and process through its services, as well as how we collect, use, store, and share users' personal information. This Privacy Policy also serves as a notice to explain to users how we process their personal information, the rights users have, the measures we take to protect users' personal information, and how to contact us if there are any questions about our privacy protection practices.

 

We comply with this Privacy Policy and adhere to the laws and regulations in the areas where we operate. In certain circumstances, we may provide additional privacy policies for specific features or services. Such notices should be read together with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms in this document, please do not browse or use our services.

 

2. About Us

WOOKAPP is provided by Shenzhen Woker Feifan Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively referred to as "we").

 

3. How We Collect and Use Users' Personal Information

3.1 We collect and use personal information voluntarily provided by users or generated from the use of products/services in accordance with the law and comply with relevant laws and regulations and the principle of necessity. If we intend to use users' personal information for purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy, or use the collected information for other purposes, we will notify users reasonably and promptly before use and obtain their consent again.

 

3.2 Generally, we collect and use users' personal information in the following circumstances:

 

3.2.1 Account Registration and Login

(1) When registering a WOOKAPP account, to help users complete the registration process smoothly, users need to provide store name, store owner name, phone number, store address, ID card number, tax ID number, tax address, store photos, business type, general taxpayer qualification certificate photos, tax card photos, invoice issuance information, etc. If users refuse to provide the above information, registration will fail and we will not be able to provide the core functions of the product/service.

 

(2) When registering a WOOKAPP account that requires taking or uploading photos, we will register [storage/album and camera permissions] according to the functions used by users, and collect [text and image information] provided by users.

 

(3) When registering a WOOKAPP account, we will collect [IP address]. After registration is completed, we will also collect [IP address when users log in again].

 

3.2.2 Completing and Disclosing Account Information

(1) Users can choose to fill in their date of birth to complete personal information. Not filling in this information will not affect users' use of our products/services. The date of birth can be modified by users themselves once. If further modification is needed, please contact online customer service.

 

(2) ID card photos, tax ID photos, store photos, ID card number, tax ID number, and tax address can all be changed. The changed information needs to be reviewed.

 

3.2.3 Searching, Browsing, and Playing Content

(1) When using search, browse, play, and other functions for product detail pages and other content, in order to provide users with a consistent and continuous user experience, better display content, and understand product compatibility with different hardware devices, we need to record user device information (device name, model, unique device ID, operating system type and version, IP address, log information, including browsing/clicking/playing/favoriting/adding to cart/downloading behavior records, behavior time, accessed pages/products; may vary depending on specific behavior type).

 

(2) Refusing to provide the above information will only result in inability to use the above functions, but will not affect users' use of other products/services we provide.

 

3.2.4 Transactions

(1) When users shop, in order to complete the transaction, ensure transaction security, provide order requests, customer service, and after-sales service, we need to collect order information, such as: order time, order number, order status, transaction goods information, payment information (payment amount, payment method, payment status, third-party payment channel virtual account), delivery address information (recipient name, delivery address, contact phone number). To facilitate users entering relevant information when shopping, users can choose to add commonly used delivery address information (recipient name, delivery address, contact phone number).

 

(2) After users successfully place an order, if the goods need to be delivered by a third party, in order to deliver the goods to users smoothly, safely, and accurately, the corresponding third party will inevitably collect and use users' delivery address information (recipient name, delivery address, contact phone number) during the delivery process.

 

(3) When users request after-sales service (such as warranty, repair, replacement), if the after-sales service needs to be completed by a third party (such as third-party pickup and delivery), in order to resolve users' after-sales needs as soon as possible, the corresponding third party will inevitably collect and use users' after-sales information, including: goods information, delivery information (sender name, delivery address, contact phone number, sensitive personal information receipt time), delivery address information (recipient name, delivery address, sensitive personal information contact phone number), order information, and other necessary information related to after-sales needs.

 

(4) In order to provide after-sales service to users and resolve disputes, we need to quickly identify and confirm the progress and status of delivery and after-sales service. Users agree that we can collect information related to delivery and after-sales service progress from the corresponding third party. We promise to make every effort to protect the confidentiality of users' personal information and strictly require third parties to keep users' personal information confidential, and only use it for delivery and after-sales service purposes, will not disclose such information to external parties or use it for any other purpose.

 

3.3 Regarding sensitive system permissions such as location, camera, album/storage, microphone, and calendar, they are not enabled by default and will only be used to achieve specific functions after obtaining separate consent from users. Even if users grant permission, if the relevant functions do not require such information, we will not collect it.

 

3.4 If the product/service needs to collect users' personal information not explained in this Privacy Policy, or if we collect users' personal information beyond the established purpose and directly or reasonably related scope, we will notify users and obtain their consent in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations.

 

4. Legal Basis for Processing User Information

We only process user information when we have a legal basis, and depending on the specific purpose of processing user information, we adopt different legal bases. These legal bases include fulfilling contractual obligations, legitimate interests, user consent, complying with legal obligations, and performing tasks related to public interest.

In order to fulfill the contractual obligations that users agree to when registering, accessing, or using our services (i.e., our Terms of Use), we will use user information to:

If we process users' personal data for other purposes, we will obtain separate consent from users before accessing or using user information for specific purposes. When we process user information based on user consent, users can withdraw their consent at any time, unless otherwise provided by law or contract/agreement. However, users' withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of processing user information based on user consent before withdrawal. Please note that if users withdraw their consent, they may not be able to use our services.

5.1 When we cooperate with partners (including our subsidiaries and external third parties described below), we will follow the "principles of legality, necessity, and clear purpose." If we entrust partners to process users' personal information, we will reach an agreement with partners on the purpose, time, processing method, type of personal information, security protection measures, and the rights and obligations of both parties, and supervise partners' processing of personal information. If we and partners jointly decide the purpose and method of processing users' personal information, we will reach an agreement with partners on the corresponding rights and obligations, and the agreement does not affect users' right to request either party to exercise their rights. If damage occurs due to infringement of users' personal information rights, we will assume joint liability in accordance with the law.

6. How We Store User Information

6.1 Data Storage Location: We transfer and store users' personal information on servers located in Indonesia. This cross-border data transfer is only for providing and improving our services, and strictly complies with Philippine law. By clicking "Agree" to this Privacy Policy, users confirm that they have understood and agreed to the above cross-border data transfer. Users have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, but withdrawal of consent may result in our inability to continue providing related services.

 

6.2 Retention Period: We only retain users' personal information for the period necessary to provide necessary products/services, minimizing the retention time of users' personal information as much as possible. After the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize users' personal information, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

 

7. How We Protect User Information

We will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations, and adopt industry-recognized reasonable and feasible measures to protect users' personal information and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss.

 

7.2 Security Technical Measures: We adopt industry-standard security measures to protect users' personal information and prevent unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect users' personal information, such as using HTTPS encryption.

 

7.3 Management System: We have established access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information; we regularly conduct security and privacy protection training courses to raise employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal information. When a personal information security incident occurs, we will notify users in a timely manner in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations: the basic situation and potential impact of the incident, the remedial measures we have taken or will take, recommendations and corrective measures to help you protect your own security and minimize risks, and immediately start the emergency plan to minimize losses. We will notify users in a timely manner about the situation related to the incident through phone calls, push notifications, etc.

We will do our best to provide security measures to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information you provide to us.

 

Users know and understand that the systems and communication networks used to access our services may have security issues beyond our control. Therefore, we strongly recommend that users take active measures to protect the security of their personal information, including but not limited to using complex passwords, changing passwords regularly, not disclosing account passwords and related personal information to others, etc.

 

8. What are User Rights

8.1 Inquiry, Editing, Deletion

(1) Account Information: Users can inquire about their account information (store name, store owner, phone number, store address, ID card number, tax ID number, tax address, store photos, business type, general taxpayer qualification certificate photos, tax card photos, invoice issuance information, date of birth) in "Me"-"Account Profile", and can edit or delete some information;

 

(2) Usage Information: Users can request to view their usage information (including: order information, address information, etc.) on the user's personal page, and can edit or delete some information;

 

(3) For users' personal information in our products/services that cannot be accessed through the above channels, users can contact us through the methods specified in Article 11 of this Privacy Policy;

 

(4) When users find that the users' personal information we process is wrong, users have the right to submit a correction application to us through the feedback and error reporting channels we publish, and request us to make corrections. However, due to security and identity verification considerations, users may not be able to modify some initial registration information submitted during the registration process.

 

(5) Unless anonymized or otherwise provided by laws and regulations, users can directly request us to delete their personal information in the following circumstances:

* When we process personal information in violation of laws and regulations;

* When collecting and using users' personal information without user consent;

* When we process personal information in violation of our agreement with users;

* When users delete their WOOKAPP account;

* When we stop services and operations.

 

8.2 Withdrawing Authorization

(1) For use or our partners to whom we publicly disclose and transfer users' personal information, users can withdraw their authorization by contacting us, partners, and recipients, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or this Privacy Policy;

 

(2) Users can withdraw the function of collecting personal information through their current device by uninstalling the WOOK application.

 

(3) Some products/services need to process users' personal information to be completed. After users withdraw authorization, we will not be able to continue to provide corresponding products/services or process corresponding personal information. However, users' withdrawal of authorization does not affect the processing of personal information based on user authorization. When updating the application version, we will not change the authorization status previously set by users without user consent.

 

8.3 Account

Users can cancel their account by contacting online customer service or other methods we publish. After the account is cancelled, users will no longer be able to use that account to log in and use WOOKAPP. All rights and interests that have been created but not yet used in other WOOKAPP products and services with that account, as well as future interests and other rights and interests, will be deleted; the content, information, data, records, etc. in that account will be deleted or anonymized (unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or other regulatory requirements); WOOKAPP accounts cannot be recovered after cancellation.

 

8.4 Responding to User Requests

After verifying the user's identity, we will review the request as soon as possible and complete the processing within the time limit prescribed by law. If users are dissatisfied or have any questions, they can contact us through the methods specified in Article 11 of this Privacy Policy.

 

In principle, we do not charge fees for reasonable requests, but for repeated requests that exceed the reasonable range, we will charge a certain fee depending on the specific circumstances. For requests that are technically difficult to meet, not mandated by laws and regulations, or meeting user requests would violate laws and regulations, we have the right to refuse and explain the reasons.

 

9. Updating this Privacy Policy

We will update the terms of this Privacy Policy in accordance with product/service updates and relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Without users' explicit consent, we will not reduce the rights that users have under the currently effective Privacy Policy. After this Privacy Policy is updated, we will remind users through prominent positions, push notifications, or other methods so that they can update to the latest version of the Privacy Policy.

 

10. Severability of Terms

If any part of this Privacy Policy is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, that part will be separated from the rest of this Privacy Policy, and the rest of this Privacy Policy will continue to be fully effective to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11.2 After verifying the identity of the personal information subject, we will review the request as soon as possible and complete the processing within the time limit prescribed by law. In addition, in the following situations involving personal information, we will not be able to respond to user requests:

(1) Related to our fulfilling obligations prescribed by law;

(2) Directly related to national security and defense security;

(3) Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

(4) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment execution;

(5) There is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of power;

(6) It is very difficult to obtain the authorization and consent of the subject, but in order to protect the life, property, and other major legitimate rights and interests of the subject;

(7) Meeting user requests will cause serious damage to your own or other individuals' or organizations' legitimate rights and interests;

(8) Related to trade secrets.
